What are the delivery times?
We strive to deliver your order within 1-2 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that delivery times may vary around holidays, Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather.

How can I track my order?
We work with renowned carriers such as DHL and PostNL, and always provide a tracking number via email.
You will receive:

An email when your order is handed over to the carrier, including a tracking link to follow your delivery.
How long can I return an item?
You can return an item within 15 days of receipt. The cost of returning the item is at your expense.
Can I return my order in full or partially?
Yes, you have the right to return one or more products, provided:

The products are unused and in perfect condition.

They are in their original packaging, complete with accessories and instructions.
What are the return costs and how does the refund work?

How do I send a return?
Follow these steps to return a product:

Contact our customer service at contact@alwisam-sweets.nl and request a return form.

Fill in the return form and include it with your return.

Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Attach the return address on the package and drop it off with a courier service.

Keep your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

Return shipments at the recipient’s cost will not be accepted.

If the package is incomplete or there are issues with delivery, you must report this within 48 hours of receipt.
