  • An order will only be processed after full payment has been received.

  • Alwisam Sweets reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information if necessary.

  • After placing an order, the buyer will receive a confirmation email. If this is not received, the buyer should contact customer service.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices on the website are in euros and include 9% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs will be stated separately during checkout.

  • Payment can be made via the payment methods available on our website.

  • In the event of incorrectly priced products, Alwisam Sweets reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the buyer.

5. Delivery

  • We currently deliver to the Netherlands.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • The delivery time is indicative and depends on the carrier. Delays do not entitle you to compensation.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to enter a correct shipping address.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • The buyer has the right to return a product within 15 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

  • Return costs are at the expense of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

  • To request a return, the buyer must contact contact@alwisam-sweets.nl.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of the return shipment.

7. Warranty and Complaints

  • Alwisam Sweets guarantees that the products meet reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.

  • If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the buyer must report this within 48 hours by email.

  • Complaints will be handled within a reasonable period of time and an appropriate solution will be sought.

8. Liability

  • Alwisam Sweets is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other external factors.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Alwisam Sweets processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation.

  • Data will only be used to process orders and will not be shared with third parties without permission.

10. Force Majeure

  • In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, transport problems), Alwisam Sweets has the right to suspend or cancel the agreement without compensation.

  • Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
